Refund policy
We are at Sutraniyaa where we glorify craftsmanship, artistry and eternal design. Before every product is dispatched, it is hand-picked and quality-assured. We have concluded our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy as follows to make it clear, fair and transparent to our customers. The order may be placed at www.sutraniyaa.com.
You would accept the terms discussed in this policy.
1. Order Cancellation
We know that plans change sometimes. Order cancellations may be requested by the customers in the following circumstances:
• Cancellation of orders may be done within 24 hours of the order being placed and the order should not have been shipped.
• When an order has been shipped or is in transit, it may not be guaranteed that it can be canceled.
In case a cancellation is permitted, the refunds will proceed after the deduction of any payment gateway fee, service fee or processing cost.
Sutraniyaa has the right to cancel an order in case of any unforeseen event like an out-of-stock item, pricing mistake or operational limitations. In this situation, a full refund shall be given.
2. Return Eligibility
We allow returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions. This policy makes sure that the products are hygienic, of quality and are fair to all customers.
To be eligible for return:
✔ The item has to be uncleaned, unworn, unwashed, and does not have any stains, smells, or damage.
✔ Original invoice, tags, labels, and packaging have to be in place.
✔ The product should not indicate any customization, modification, or abuse.
✔ The return request should be lifted in the given return window.
The products that do not conform to these requirements can be refused during inspection.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the conditions of sale, personalisation and hygiene, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. Such products include:
• Goods that have been customized.
• The product does not include items with Final Sale, No Return, and Non-Refundable written on the product page.
• Goods that are damaged as a result of mishandling, abuse or oversight.
• Products that are returned in non original packaging, tags or even an invoice.
• Returned products that fail quality inspection.
These products are highly non-refundable and non-returnable.
4. Malfunctioning, Faulty, or misplaced Products.
Quality is a very serious issue with us. In an infrequent case of receiving a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we would ask you to take the following steps:
In case of product receiving, please inform us within 48 hours.
• Provide transparent photos or videos about the problem.
• Stores must keep the product unexpired and in good condition.
After confirming and satisfying our quality group, we will either replace or refund, as per the availability of products and as per your preference.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return request:

Understandably, state the cause of resumption.
Provide images or videos of support in case of a faulty or wrong item.
The support team will send back instructions to our customer.
Depending on the place of delivery and the kind of delivery, we can either provide reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product yourself, through a trusted courier service.
6. Inspection and Approval
Once goods are received in our warehouse, a quality check is done on all goods that are sent back. Refunding and approvals of returns and refunds are subject to:
• Adherence to the requirements of eligibility of returns.
• Packaging and condition of products.
• Confirmation of reported problems.
Sutraniyaa has the mandate to decline or accept returns in accordance with the findings of the inspection.
7. Refunds
● Refunds are made between 7 and 10 working days, where the inspection and approval are successful.
The customers will be informed when the refund is being instituted.
8. Return Shipping Charges
Free reverse pickup will be offered on defective, damaged, or wrong products.
There are no delays or losses by Sutraniyaa when shipping the product in self-shipment. It is recommended that the customers use tracked courier services.
9. Exchange Policy
Trades are conditional and only made available in rare situations:
Exchange can only be made in terms of size, color or defective goods.
Every order can be exchanged only once.
10. Return Rejection
Rejected products can be rejected where:
● The product is not eligible for a return.
When this happens, the product will be returned to the customer without a refund.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are requested to:
● Do not make orders without reading product descriptions.
Otherwise, the failure can lead to delays or rejection of the returns.

Sutraniyaa has the right to change this policy at any time without giving any prior notice. The updates on changes will be displayed on this page, and further use of the Website will be taken as an indication of acceptance of the amended policy.
